Red Raven Lab is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. This policy explains exactly how we handle data across all Red Raven Lab tools and websites.
What We Do Not Collect
Red Raven Lab does not collect or store any of the following: personal identification information, email addresses (outside of voluntary waiting list sign-ups), IP addresses, browser fingerprints, cookies, usage analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools on our product pages.
Meeting Link Scanner
When you use the Meeting Link Scanner at meetinglinkscanner.com, the URL you submit is analyzed in real time against known threat patterns. The link is not stored, logged, or associated with any user. Once the scan is complete and the result is delivered, all data related to that scan is discarded immediately. There is no scan history, no user accounts, and no way to retrieve past results.
Waiting List
If you voluntarily join our waiting list, we collect only the email address you provide. This email is used solely to notify you about new tool launches. We do not share, sell, or use your email for any other purpose. You can request removal at any time by contacting hello@redravenlab.com.
Cookies
Red Raven Lab does not use cookies on any of its product pages. Our websites do not set first-party or third-party cookies. No session tracking, no preference storage, no advertising cookies.
Third-Party Services
Our websites are hosted on Framer. Framer's hosting infrastructure may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of normal web delivery. Red Raven Lab does not access or store these logs. For Framer's own privacy practices, refer to Framer's privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Red Raven Lab does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 16. Since we do not collect personal data from any user, no special provisions are necessary.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will never introduce data collection or tracking without clearly communicating the change.
